    If a user is marked privileged as a "sudo" admin (see "qbusers"), they are given permission to jobs based upon on the return value return of this function. This creates the most allows a very flexible security policy possible since the Qube! administrator is allowed to create since it allows for control over who gets jobs based upon any property of the job. Such as the job's priority or cluster values. For information on how to create a sudo administrator, see the User Permissions chapter in Administering Qube!.


    The format of the input parameters for jobs and hosts are standard Perl hash structures and has already been defined their definitions are available in the Custom Queuing Algorithms section of this documentation.
